• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Manage building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field.
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of building systems (e.g., lighting, elevator, genset, FDAS, solar panels, STP, plumbing).
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
• Able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
