Conduct assessment of equipment and building facilities that will undergo repair and maintenance

Provide report on the result of maintenance activities

Assist and monitor internal and external activities

Recommends improvements in maintenance methods, cost-cutting programs/ measure or the like, geared toward efficiency optimization

Assist other agency for compliance to permitting requirements

Monitor civil works and other legal requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil or electronics engineering

At least 1 year experience in maintenance function

Computer literate, knowledge in using AutoCAD

Good communication and analytical skills
