- Oversee property maintenance and engineering operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate repairs and upgrades of facilities.
- Prepare reports on property conditions and required improvements.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management for property projects.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and must be licensed engineer
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management or building operations. With knowledge in electrical and mechanical works
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering principles, and ability to read blueprints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure building operations run efficiently, perform maintenance tasks, and oversee project implementations.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in office settings and at construction sites, requiring attention to safety.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
