Overview:

As a Machine Operator Trainee (starting as Production Worker), you will be part of the production team that ensures efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll assist in daily production activities and receive hands-on training to become a skilled Machine Operator capable of handling automated equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in machine operation, production line setup, and material handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic product checks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support production targets and meet daily output goals.
• Learn the fundamentals of machine operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Tesda Certificate (NCII Ref and Aircon, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Automotive Servicing) or at least 2-Year Course (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical)
• With or without experience in production or factory work.
• Willing to undergo training and start as a Production Worker.
• Physically fit and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime.
