Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and sales support to meet customer needs and

expectations.

• Review product specifications and recommend suitable product models based

on customer requirements.

• Assist in the development of new projects and prepare sales proposals.

• Conduct failure analysis and create executive summary reports.

• Effectively communicate technical solutions and issues to customers.

• Providing quotations to customers within the set turn-around-time.

• Coordinate with customers for Purchase Order (PO) processing, ensuring all

details are carefully reviewed.

• Maintain an expert understanding of company products and services.

• Manage and maintain a PO database and sales-related records.

• Take ownership of assigned accounts and oversee all account-related actions.

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports.

• Ensure on-time processing of all committed deliveries.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

• Provide feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive

products.

• Ensure a strong understanding of various package types and their impact on

product performance.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering

(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in the

semiconductor industry.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor packaging types and their applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

• Salary is negotiable depending on the years of experience.
