• Manage influencer/creator project through daily internal and external coordination to meet the project timelines.
• Work closely with the account executive from the briefing to the production stage of social media campaigns.
• Client-facing support to be activated as needed.
• Ensure the quality of production from creators involved, ensuring that the campaign objectives are met.
• Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports.
• Monitor campaign publishing and ensure timely transactions with creators with the accounts and finance team.
• Prepare and accomplish administrative tasks properly and timely.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of Marketing or Communications-related courses  
• Relevant experience in Project Management, Accounts servicing from an advertising agency, preferably. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organization and campaign management skills are required, with the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite. Monday.com background is a plus.
