- Visit clients to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
- Verify customer information and update records
- Document all collection activities accurately
- Report on daily field activities to management
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Collaborate with internal departments for account resolution
- Identify and escalate problematic accounts
- Use mobile tools to track and report visits
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in collections or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM or collection software is a plus
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
