Job Description:

The Manager will be reporting to the CFO and will assist in overseeing the company's financial operations within the Philippines, ensuring robust financial health, compliance with local, regional and international regulations, and alignment with global financial strategies.


The Manager will also be working closely with RHQ and will also be reporting to the RPO (Regional Process Owner).


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ Years of Financial Leadership Experience – Preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC) with exposure to regional and global financial reporting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Industry Experience in Sales, Service, or Engineering – Familiarity with project-based financials, cost accounting, and service contract management.
  • Hands-On Experience with Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring compliance with Philippine tax laws (BIR, SEC), financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP), and corporate governance.


Knowledge/ Professional Skills:

  • Financial Reporting & Accounting Standards – Deep understanding of IFRS, GAAP
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance in the Philippines – Understanding of tax incentives, BIR reporting, and SEC guidelines.
  • Risk Management & Internal Controls – Ability to develop financial risk mitigation strategies.
  • Business Analytics & Financial Modeling – Using data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
  • Digital Transformation & Automation – Familiarity with financial technology, AI-driven financial analysis, and ERP systems.
  • Cost Management & Operational Efficiency – Identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
