Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4)-year Business-related course, preferably with an Accounting background
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possesses good verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare checks and check vouchers, including the maintenance of the Medical Disbursement Register
• Process administrative expenses such as red tags, office supplies, and related items
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including filing and sorting of processed checks and documents
• Prepare and properly document checks for deposit
• Handle the Transmittal of Checks
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior
