Description

• Assist with daily financial operations and routine data entry tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of invoices.
• Perform payment posting and reconciliation of collections.
• Encode and monitor Delivery Receipts (DRs) and Sales Invoices (SIs) against the Purchase Order (PO) listing.
• Preparing checks for Accounts Payable
• Uploading soft copies of DR's and SI's to QuickBooks
• Other tasks assign by the General Manager

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Proactive, fast learner, and adaptable to changing environments.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
