- Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
