A client, a car rental company in Talayan, Quezon City is urgently hiring for a FINANCE & ADMIN OFFICER with the following qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
• Very attentive to detail and above average finance and accounting skills
• Proficient with the use of MS Excel, organized and can handle multiple priorities
• Willing to work on-site in Talayan, Quezon City from Mondays to Fridays

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day finance and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, reports, and schedules with a high level of attention to detail.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, process disbursements, and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial and administrative documents, both physical and digital.
• Utilize MS Excel extensively for financial tracking, reconciliation, reporting
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as may be assigned to support business operations.
