We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting skills, financial insight, and a proactive approach to managing finances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Assist with audits and liaise with external financial institutions
• Provide timely financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Support procurement, grant reporting, or donor compliance (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinker and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
