• Conducts Audit (substantive testing, sample testing, vouching).
• Reviews accounting system process to enhance efficiency, accuracy and increase level of control.
• Develops / Formulate and implements accounting policies and procedures for efficient and effective business operations.
• Collaborates with other departments to align and coordinate accounting policies and procedures.
• Provides Financial Statements, and other reports that maybe required, to the Management.
• Supports in clerical and administrative accounting tasks such as Branch Expenses, Bank reconciliation.
• Coaches / Mentoring Finance and Accounting staff.
• Prepare a detailed audit report that communicates the findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Engage with management to discuss the findings and recommendations and obtain their response or commitment to corrective actions.

Requirements

• at least 5 years experience in Internal (Operation) Audit; experience in R2R process
• Knows MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint); knowledge in ERP (e.g. SAP or Odoo);
• knowledgeable in government compliance
