Job Responsibilities:

Financial Control

1. Lead the preparation of monthly/annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and headquarters requirements.
2. Monitor the Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow of Philippine, providing in-depthfinancial analysis to the Responsible Persons of Philippine company and headquarters.
3. Manage budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cost control, identifying opportunities for cost reduction andefficiency improvement.

Tax and Compliance

1. Ensure 100% tax compliance: accurately calculate and file VAT , income tax, withholding tax, etc., asrequired by the tax authorities, optimizing tax costs.
2. Coordinating with local audit firms to ensure reports meet requirements.3.Establish intermal financial control systems to prevent fraud and operational risks, ensuring compliancewith the Philippine Companies Act and headquarters requirements.

Business Support and Decision-Making

1. Provial modeling support for route pricing, customer contract reviews, and port costnegotiations.
2. Analyze key indicators such as voyage profitability and container turnover efficiency to drive business decisions.
3. Manage local bank relationships and optimize foreign exchange risk hedging strategies.

Operational Financial Management

1. Supervise accounts receivable (freight recovery) and accounts payable (port fees, fuel costs, etc.)processes to ensure healthy cash flow.
2. Review core cost items in the shipping industry, such as leasing container costs, ship agency fees, andteperation fees
3. Ensure the financial registration and depreciation compliance of assets (containers, local equipment).

Team and System Management

1. Build and develop a local financial team (accountants, cashiers, tax specialists)2.Maintain the eficient operation of the ERP system's financial module in Philippine company.

Key Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Bnglish and Mandarin, able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written forms
3. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience with managerial experience of at least 4-5 years.
4. Prior experience in MNC environment will be highly advantageous.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
