Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will manage the full finance cycle, covering daily transactions, month-end closing, and external partner coordination.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepares monthly financial reports, manages closing schedules, and ensures timely submission to management.
• Oversees accounts receivable and payable, reviewing billing cycles, aging reports, and payment disbursements.
• Coordinates with third-party accounting partners to ensure compliance with tax regulations and government filings.
• Supervises the finance team by setting priorities, supporting skills development, and monitoring performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, financial management, business, or any related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance and accounting leadership role, ideally in the retail sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Accounting software for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report generation.
• Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City), and in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Nice-to-Haves:

• A self-starter and amenable to work in a one-person team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
