Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Record business transaction and key daily worksheets
Oversees reports regarding cash flow, ensure correct payments are made in a timely manner.
Assist Finance Director as needed
Maintaining copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
Process Costumer Sales Invoice when required
Maintain accurate financial and other records and activities
Manage the preparation of budgets
Responsible for maintaining the bank accounts
Perform other duties as assigned
Handles accounting payroll
Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deduction
Entering payroll information and maintaining payroll files
Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and vacation deductions
Issuing paychecks in a timely manner
Generating payroll reports for Managers to review
Updating payroll systems, including employment hires and terminations.
Attending to payroll inquiries from employees

Seeking a Finance Manager with 6+ years of experience in construction or renovation finance.
Must manage budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
Strong cash flow management and regulatory compliance required.
Relevant certifications preferred.
