Position: Associate Director, Regulatory Transformation and Governance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• With at least 7 years of experience in compliance, strategic planning, and program/project management.
• Experience project management, policy governance, and business continuity is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global regulatory initiatives.
• Act as a senior advisor and represent the regulatory function in key forums.
• Oversee the lifecycle of compliance policies, ensuring timely updates and implementation.
• Develop and manage compliance organizational resiliency (COR) programs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage regulator engagement activities.
