1. General Ledger Management and Financial Accounting：

• Responsible for the daily management and accounting of the company’s general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial data.
• Prepare various financial statements, ensuring timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and audits.
• Participate in the development and optimization of financial policies and processes, ensuring alignment with the latest financial regulations and business requirements.

2. Blockchain and Web 3.0 Financial Management：

• Handle accounting treatment and financial reporting for digital assets (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokens), ensuring compatibility with traditional financial management practices.
• Monitor and analyze the financial impact of decentralized finance (DeFi) projects, providing professional financial analysis and recommendations.
• Reconcile and validate payment records and transaction data within smart contracts and blockchain systems, ensuring accurate recording and regulatory compliance.

3. Financial Systems and Tools Optimization：

• Lead the optimization and upgrade of financial management software and blockchain-based financial systems, ensuring automated and efficient financial processes.
• Work closely with the technical team to integrate blockchain ledgers with traditional financial systems, improving the efficiency of financial data processing and reporting.

Position Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, with preference given to candidates with Web 3.0 or blockchain-related experience.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps), with an understanding of digital assets and their impact on financial management.
• Proficiency in financial software, Yonyou (UFIDA) systems, and blockchain financial tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle complex financial issues.
