Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities that her position or job necessarily entails, as may be contained in her job description or as may be reasonably assigned to her by the employer from time to time. • Employee is obliged to perform her duties loyally, independently, industriously
• to help meet the goals and objectives of the company and is expected to carry
• out these responsibilities to the best of his/her knowledge and abilities in order
• to protect and advance the interests of the company, its principals, and its
• employees. It is a condition of employment that Employee maintains the
• necessary level of technical expertise in the performance of her job.

The Employee agrees that it shall provide its expertise to the Employer pertaining to:

• Oversee Finance Department and supervise Finance staff
• Oversee internal financial controls, setting of financial targets, implement cost saving strategies, manage and track company debts, contribute in improving company revenue.
• Oversee internal financial records and controls, setting financial, monitoring expenditure, monitoring cash flow, evaluating investments and project costs.
• Manage tax compliance and other government mandatories, prepare yearly Financial Statements and other Financial Reports, manage internal and external financial audits
• Managing payroll processes, calculating employee salaries and benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Involved in the drafting, documenting and implementing the company's finance policies and procedures
• Acts as a liaison for the business to arrange customer billing and collection to client, making sure that these processes are completed on schedule
• Performing other duties when needed

• Bachelor's Degree
