Position: Controller Manager

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary Offer: Negotiable

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00AM-6:00PM or 9:00AM-5:30 PM)

Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience general accounting or financial management.
• Knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger (GL) processes.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, providing analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead the budgeting process, monitor spending variances, and develop financial plans for long-term goals
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure the company adheres to all financial and tax regulations by preparing filings and conducting internal audits.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting teams.
