Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll coordination.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure accurate recording of farm, production, and plant-related transactions.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Monitor and analyze poultry production costs (feeds, DOCs, medications, labor, utilities).

• Coordinate with Production, Farm, and Warehouse teams to validate cost data.

• Implement cost control measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for farms and processing plants.

• Monitor budget utilization and report variances to management.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational planning.

• Oversee accounting of inventory including feeds, live birds, dressed chicken, packaging materials, and supplies.

• Ensure proper valuation of biological assets and finished goods.

• Monitor fixed assets and capital expenditures related to farm and plant operations.

• Support periodic inventory counts and reconciliations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in poultry, manufacturing, or agribusiness. (Supervisory Level)

• Experience in cost accounting and inventory management.

• Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP or similar ERP is an advantage).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
