JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• 3 years supervisory experience in accounting processes.
• Experience in PEZA and BIR is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage all activities of the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Monitor and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements from BIR, PSA, the Insurance Commission, and PEZA.
• Prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for management review.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries.
• Review and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Implement and improve financial policies, internal controls, and accounting processes.
