• Prepare and administer the annual budgeting process
• Perform monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual variance analysis post-closing
• Review and prepare monthly budget performance report for departments
• Conduct monthly cost review sessions with departments
• Analysis of cost performance and key corporate financial performance metrics
• Analysis of product P/L
• Prepare management reports as instructed by the CFO

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• With at least 3-4 years of work experience in Accounting or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles
• Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to collaborate with team members across departments
