Finance Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in Finance and Operations to support and enhance our enterprise financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, support, and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Reporting).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical and functional support to end-users.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and system settings based on Finance and Operations requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to implement enhancements and streamline processes.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including data validation and system reconciliations.
• Lead and coordinate system testing (UAT/SIT) for updates, releases, and new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational reports using D365 tools.
• Document system configurations, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and ensure proper adoption of system changes.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in finance, accounting, or operations processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in shared services or multinational companies
