JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• With 8 to 10 years of experience Finance Platforms & Transformation
• With experience across core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A.
• Amendable to work on site
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align Finance Technology Platforms with Business Strategy, Regulatory Needs, And Finance Operating Model.
• Lead End-To-End Finance Transformation Initiatives, Including System Modernization, Process Re-Engineering, And Automation.
• Lead Large-Scale Transformation Programs, Managing Scope, Timelines, Risks, And Budgets.
• Drive Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Training, And Adoption Across Finance and The Business.
• Ensure Finance Platforms Support SOX, Audit, Regulatory, And Data Governance Requirements.
