Job Opening: Finance Staff

Location: Dasmariñas City, Cavite

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial operations, maintain accurate bookkeeping, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. This role will also involve coordination with government agencies and private institutions for various financial and business-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping

• Manage accounts payable and receivables

• Prepare bank reconciliations

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation

• Process bank transactions and payment requests

• Coordinate with government offices (BIR and others) and private institutions for compliance and business-related concerns

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations

• Perform other finance/accounting or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1–2 years relevant accounting experience; experience in logistics or related industries is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of taxation and financial regulations

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure

• Familiar with BIR processes, taxation policies, and general accounting procedures
