Malayan Maritime Services, Inc. (MMSI) was established to handle the growing demand for tugboat services to ensure the safe towing and berthing/unberthing of larger ships. MMSI caters to a wide variety of commercial ships, docking and undocking in the many ports in the Davao Region such as Sasa, Kudos, Panabo, Malalag, reaching CDO, Cebu and Batangas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.

·        Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system.

·        Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable function.

·        Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast reports.

·        Assist Finance Manager in ensuring proper coordination with banks for placement or line usage.

·        Prepare Payment Request Form for accounting department to process payment to suppliers, reimbursements and advances.

·        Assist in the liquidation of advances made to ensure that all cash advances are liquidated on time.

·        Monitor the BIR 2307 forms submitted by the clients.

·        Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

•   Amenable to working schedule of Monday to Saturday

•   Amenable to working hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM
