HIRING Product Management Officer (Insurance Products)

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Leads the development and implementation of new general insurance products and required enhancements of the existing products 

· Assists the Product Manager in creating product propositions for digital and partnerships, and various distribution channels 

· Assists in the identification of current and new market trends and opportunities, conduct market scan to usher in business growth 

· Prepares product performance and monitoring reports on a regular basis 

· Ensures overall product compliance with internal and external policies and regulations 

· Ensures relevance of insurance products is maintained relative to competition, market trends, and customer feedback 

· Oversees communication with internal units such as IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing, regarding updates or changes to the products 

QUALIFICATIONS 

· Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Mathematics or Integrated Marketing Communications 

· At least 5 years of insurance product development experience in a life or non-life insurance firm 

· Extensive understanding of local regulatory requirements on general insurance products, preferably with experience in product submissions and filing with the Insurance Commission 

· Keen interest in InsurTech and digital insurance 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

· Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skill
