  • Monitor stock levels and track shipments, ensuring that all items are received and shipped out as scheduled.
  • Monitor the status of goods in transit, updating customers or internal teams on the progress.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process, including delays, damaged goods, or errors in delivery.
