Key Responsibilities

• Floral design and creation: Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions like weddings, funerals, and holidays, based on customer requests or creative direction.
• Customer service: Greet customers, help them choose flowers and arrangements, and handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or online.
• Inventory management: Order flowers and supplies, care for plant and flower stock, manage the cooler, and ensure the freshness of all products.
• Operations and maintenance: Keep the shop clean and organized, prepare displays, sweep, and perform other related tasks.
• Sales and marketing: Process orders, handle payments, and may assist with marketing efforts to promote the business.
