Ezertech is looking for an Agronomist or Demand Generation Technician (DG Tech) to help drive the adoption of our products and technology among farmers and agricultural organizations. This role combines sales, marketing, and field engagement to build strong relationships, grow product demand, and strengthen our brand presence in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Creation & Territory Mapping: Identify and engage potential users of EZPOT; establish crop maps and calendars with local agricultural partners.
• Product Branding & Promotion: Introduce and promote EZPOT as an innovative farming solution through demos, field activities, and social media.
• End-User & Dealer Engagement: Build relationships with farmers and dealers, provide technical support, and collect feedback to improve service and products.
• Sales & Inventory Monitoring: Help achieve sales targets, monitor dealer inventory, and coordinate restocking and deliveries.
• Reporting & Administration: Submit regular activity plans and accomplishment reports via company platforms.
• Expense & Resource Management: Utilize company resources efficiently to achieve maximum results in the territory.

Qualifications:

• Background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in field sales or agri-technology is an advantage
• Willingness to travel and work closely with farmers and cooperatives
