NCII in HEAVY EQUIPMENT is a MUST
Responsible for operating forklifts and moving goods around warehouses and other industrial sites.
Primarily responsible for overseeing deliveries which include loading and unloading process.
Counting of items to ensure accurate quantity is being delivered to clients.
Monitoring of stock inventory, assistance in quality assurance, and providing support to warehouse operations by the overall company’s policies and procedures.
Responsible for operating forklifts and moving goods around warehouses and other industrial sites.
Their duties include using forklifts to unload deliveries, stacking boxes for storage, and moving wooden pallets around the warehouse.
Ensures to fill- up a daily checklist before the use of equipment.
Responsible for reporting whatever defect encountered in the equipment.
Loading of stocks based on the commitment time of loading and criticality of the delivery.
Observe proper handling of goods while loading, transferring, locating, and stacking at the warehouse.
Ensures coordination with immediate superior for any constraint encountered during receiving and issuance.
Ensure that all operations concerns are well escalated through the correct channel and update feedback to the Team.
Observe their safety while delivering his task inside the Factory premises.
Ensure that all activities in the warehouse conform to Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
Involvement in activities for the continuous improvement and projects by the company.
Arrange stocks to maximize the usage of the storage racks and loading bay.
Responsible in counter-checking damage during loading/ issuance.
Ensure that all damages and incidences are reported and investigated before the end of the shift with an Incident Report.
Responsible for FEFO Monitoring and prioritized the serving of aging stocks in PSA.
Responsible for monitoring and prioritized the serving of loose pallets stocks in PSA.
Ensure that the pallets are moved from one place to another without dropping or damaging.
Maintains 5S or cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace and actively participates in all cleaning and environmental programs set by the management.
Support production by retrieving stocks from production going to the warehouse.
Load stocks into WV/CV.
Transfer Scrap Materials to MRF Area.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
