  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial transactions and fraud concerns.
  • Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases following company protocols.
  • Assist customers in securing their accounts and preventing unauthorized transactions.
  • Document all cases accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues promptly.
  • Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Syarat-syarat

  • At least Senior High School Graduate or 2 years completed in college.
  • Minimum of 1 year international voice BPO experience handling Financial or Fraud accounts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang with a shifting schedule and 2 fixed days off.
