一、Job Responsibilities:

1. Market development and customer maintenance: Actively explore new customers (shipowners or cargo owners), and deeply maintain existing customer relationships to establish a long-term and stable cooperative network.

2. Charter business execution:

Be responsible for inquiries, offers, negotiations and confirmation of chartering contracts (mainly involving voyage chartering and time charter contracts).

Precisely match the capacity of ships with the demand for cargo transportation to facilitate transactions.

Be proficient in preparing and reviewing the key terms of chartering contracts.

3. Market information analysis: Continuously track freight rates, supply and demand changes, and industry trends in specific global dry bulk shipping markets, providing support for business decisions.

二、Job Requirements

1.Graduates from related majors such as shipping, maritime management, navigation technology, international trade, and logistics are required.

2. Language proficiency: CET-6 or equivalent or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of conducting fluent business negotiations, contract writing and email communication as a working language.

3. Work Experience: Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping chartering. Familiarity with the chartering business process and practices is required. Those with successful chartering transaction cases will be given priority.

4. Those with working experience in shipping companies, chartering companies, bulk commodity trading enterprises or well-known ship brokerage companies will be given priority.
