Requirements:

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems and communication platforms.

The officer works closely with medical, frontline, and operations teams to support smooth patient flow, uphold service standards, and enhance overall patient satisfaction in alignment with the clinic’s brand and service excellence goals.
