Keterangan Kerja
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room charges
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs
- Manage front desk cash transactions, issue receipts, and balance daily reports
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel reservation systems (if applicable)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
