  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  3. Maintain reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies in an organized and presentable state.
  4. Handle scheduling of appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
  5. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as needed.


Requirements:

  1. At least a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree or vocational training in business/office administration is an advantage
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and local language if applicable).
  3. Polished, courteous, and presentable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (phones, printers, scanners).
