Description

  • Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Entry-level, no prior experience required
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office and related software
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
