Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, daily activities and area attractions
Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the various services and amenities offered throughout the resort
Escort guests to their rooms as required and explain room features and amenities
Assist customers in lobbies and lanes
Assist customers with luggage upon arrival to the curb
Completing parking forms to include physical vehicle inspection
Provide guests with general questions and assistance when Concierge is not available
If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to Vero Beach and Costa d'Este
You will be escorting and orienting the guest to the front desk for check-in
Upon check-in, you will escort the guests and their luggage to their room

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student preferred
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, help desk experience, strong analytical skills, and adept at scheduling
Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours, potential for multi-tasking
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to remain calm under pressure
