Keterangan Kerja

Patient Interaction:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, scheduling of appointments and providing general information.
  • Ensure patient records are up-to-date and accurate.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Manage the appointment schedule efficiently, ensuring that all appointments are confirmed and reminders are sent.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure proper patient flow and minimize wait time.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with with HIPAA regulations.
  • Process insurance verifications and authorizations as needed.
  • Assist in processing billing and payments, including handling co-pays and managing accounts.

Dental Office Managements:

  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and professional at all times.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other office correspondence.
  • Assist with office inventory and supplies management.

Customer Service:

  • Address patient concerns or complaints in a calm, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Ensure all patients have a positive experience at the clinic by providing excellent customer service.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the dental staff, including hygienists and dentists, to ensure smooth patient care and coordination.
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by the clinic manager or senior staff.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or healthcare administrations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in dental office or healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, dental software).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
