  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and clerical duties.
  • Ensure security by monitoring entry and exit protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and maintain schedules.
