Seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and builds secure, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services, APIs, and fullstack solutions that power our web and mobile platforms.
• Serve as a technical mentor and guide for junior and mid-level developers—providing code reviews, coaching, and best practice guidance to elevate team performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, UI/UX, QA, Product) to define architecture, implement new features, and ensure seamless integration.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, providing direction on system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and secure code using C#, .NET Core, and Angular while setting the standard for clean code and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and technical audits to uphold coding standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while mentoring team members in effective problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with management to define technical roadmaps and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in software engineering and proactively introduce innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience leading or mentoring development teams while remaining hands-on in coding and technical design.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API for backend development.
• Solid frontend development experience with Angular (v12–18); knowledge of Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong experience with RESTful API design, integration, and scalable system development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a keen eye for responsive and user-friendly UI implementation.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database design; exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms, including deployment and service management.
• Strong understanding of source control (Git), branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, improve system performance, and ensure high code quality.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and guide less-experienced developers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery.
• Passionate about staying current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and best practices.
