• Develop architectural designs and construction documents based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Proficient in Estimation is a plus.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and adherence to building codes.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing project outcomes.
• Assist in the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes to align with the overall design concept.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; strong understanding of system design and furniture/showroom design.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective communication skills & mindful in estimating.
