  • Software Design: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software systems tailored to business needs.
  • Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and oversee software development projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the development team, assign tasks, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business unit owners to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Web Development: Build and maintain user-friendly web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • System Optimization: Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Syarat-syarat

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software development with expertise in PHP and MySQL.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing software development projects; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Web Development: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of other programming languages like Python or C++ is a bonus.
  • Database Skills: Familiarity with additional database languages (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite) is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
