RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Install flowers, shrubs, turf, trees, and non-living elements such as irrigation systems and hardscapes, including patios and retaining walls.

b) Maintain the aesthetic appeal of landscapes.

c) Conduct skilled grounds maintenance across the Eco Park, including pruning, mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, soil testing, aerating, and trash collection.

d) Perform inspections and treatments to ensure plant health by applying fertilizers and other turf care products.

e) Maintain sprinkler systems to promote thriving landscapes.

f) Adhere to all safety regulations, monitoring work areas for pedestrian traffic and potential hazards.

g) Operate a truck with an enclosed trailer as necessary.

h) Effectively utilize landscaping tools, including zero-turn mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other equipment required to complete tasks professionally.

i) Monitor work areas for safety hazards.

j) Undertake additional related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

a) At least an Elementary / High School Graduate

b) No prior experience required, but general labor or grounds maintenance experience is an advantage.

c) Basic knowledge of plant care, gardening tools, and equipment use.

d) Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.

e) Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor outdoors.

f) Attention to detail in maintaining clean and well-kept surroundings.

g) Willing to relocate to Subic Bay Freeport Zone (barracks provided)

h) Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.

i) Flexible with work schedule.
