JOD DESCRIPTION

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documents
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, vouchers, and expense reimbursements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System, Finance, or any related field
• Experience in Accounting or relative
• Experience within the construction, hardware, or building materials industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication and organizational skills
