• Maintain and update project financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures to ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
• Prepare and process billings, reimbursements, and payment requests related to project activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate petty cash records for project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to validate expense reports, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
• Assist in preparing project financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, and financial regulations.
• Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and reports.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and financial documentation.
• Perform other related accounting or administrative tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any other related course
• At least 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Experience in project cost tracking, billings, and payables processing is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.
