Bill customers according to current product offerings chosen or eligible for
Receive payments from customers in the form allowed by the Company (i.e., cash, card, check, online payment), and issue corresponding proof of receipt of payment
Prepare a timely summary of the above receipts and disbursements according to the prescribed reporting format and together with necessary attachments (i.e., receipts).
Establish proper monitoring and strong follow-up of payments.
Coordinates with other departments regarding inquiries on payments.
Resolve payment-related customer concerns in a way that upholds the company's image
Proactively suggest ways to improve current payment processes.
Safeguard Company assets and confidential information entrusted to the employee in the course of doing his/her work.
Other tasks that are assigned from time to time.

Relevant work experience gained as a billing specialist, billing clerk, or credit & collections officer
With strong accounts receivable, collection & billing reporting & tracking experience is an advantage
Being familiar with how a homeschooling setup works or has a background in the education industry is an advantage
Being familiar with a shared services work setup is an advantage
Good spoken and written English communication skills to talk to parents, third-party vendors, and colleagues
Has patience and enthusiasm in helping co-workers and organization leaders with their concerns & needs
Can adapt and respond calmly to vendors and colleagues in various work situations
