• Recording of all financial transactions using accounting system Quickbooks and also by means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
• Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, witholding tax returns, corporate income tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.
• Prepares/Reviews payroll for the assigned companies
• Preparation of government agencies (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
• Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows) of the assigned companies.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum of at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (accounting/auditing).
• Preferably one to four (1-4) years experienced employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Quickbooks system and MS Office application such as MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
